Det er en betingelse for at opnå lån, at låntager er medlem af Låneforeningen. Der ydes lån til markedsrente, således at Låneforeningens udlån vil være konkurrencedygtige i forhold til alternativ bankfinansiering. Låneforeningen optager et lån i en bank/sparekasse og genudlåner beløbet til Virksomhederne.
