Important to know about ownership data

Only owners above 5% are shown

Under the Danish Companies Act § 55, only owners with capital shares or voting rights above 5% must be disclosed to CVR. Owners with smaller stakes are not publicly available.

Beneficial owner data may be restricted

Since September 2025, access to beneficial ownership information in CVR is restricted to parties with 'legitimate interest' under the EU's 6th Anti-Money Laundering Directive. We show what is publicly available.

Ownership stakes are intervals

CVR registers ownership in intervals (e.g., 5-10%, 10-15%), not exact percentages. We display the intervals as reported.
