Fonden skal arbejde for, at de virksomheder, hvori fonden direkte eller indirekte har ejerinteresser, stedse har en professionel og ansvarsbevidst ledelse. Såfremt det i pkt. 3.2 nævnte primære formål er fuldt ud tilgodeset kan fonden yde bidrag til almene upolitiske, videnskabelige, humanistiske, kulturelle, erhvervsmæssige, undervisningsmæssige, humanitære eller sociale formål. Støtte fra fonden kan ydes som tilskud eller som rentefri eller rentebærende lån. Fonden må aldrig: Udlodde eller tilbagebetale fondens midler til stifteren eller andre bidragsydere, fondens bestyrelse, revisorer, direktører eller personer, der indtagen en ledende stilling i fonden. Tilsvarende gælder for en, der er knyttet til de nævnte personer ved ægteskab eller fast samlivsforhold. Drive selvstændig erhvervsvirksomhed med fonden som direkte og ubegrænset ansvarlig indehaver. Dog skal det være tilladt for fonden at foretage direkte investeringer i og udlejning af faste ejendomme. Fondens bestyrelse afgør, alene begrænset af fondens formål og denne fundats, hvorledes fondens midler skal anvendes.
