Onsdag den 9. september inviterede fødevaregrossisten Dagrofa Foodservice til inspirationsmessen ’Madscenen – for professionelle’ i TAP1 i København. Opbakningen var rekordstor med 1.800 deltagere, hvilket vidner om, at selvom branchen er blevet mere digital, så er de fysiske møder stadigvæk i høj kurs.
Danske Slotshoteller vil gøre gastronomien til en endnu større del af gæsteoplevelsen på virksomhedens seks slotshoteller. Som led i den strategiske satsning har Danske Slotshoteller indgået et nyt samarbejde med Dagrofa Foodservice om levering af råvarer og kulinarisk rådgivning.
Som en del af bæredygtighedsprogrammet ’Grobund for mere’ investerer Dagrofa Foodservice i solcelleanlæg på 21 Cash & Carry-butikker. Når alle anlæg er i drift, forventes de samlet at producere ca. 1,5 mio. kWh om året svarende til omkring 25 % af butikkernes strømforbrug.
