At yde økonomisk støtte til værdigt trængende mennesker i de i formålet nævnte persongrupper - især personer med organiske hjerneskader - fortrinsvis til ophold, behandling og genoptræning inden for det i 2a nævnte center behandlende og genoptrænende fagområde. c. At yde støtte til forskning herunder ved ansættelse - inden for det i 2a. nævnte centers behandlende og genoptrænende fagområde. d. At tilbyde og arrangere almindelig kursusvirksomhed og anden uddannelses- og oplysningsvirksomhed samt arrangementer af social karakter. Formålet kan realiseres gennem fonden, eller såfremt bestyrelsen finder det formålstjenligt, gennem en eller flere af fonden stiftede dattervirksomheder.
