Lead list generator: Build targeted lead lists with company data
The lead list generator lets you build targeted lists of Danish companies and export them to Excel. Combine filters for industry, geography, size, and financials — then pick exactly the data fields you want. We build an XLSX file with one row per company, ready for import into your CRM, spreadsheet, or analytics tool.
How to create a lead list
- Set filters — Combine industry codes, municipality, company type, employee count, revenue/gross profit, contact data, and property ownership. The generator shows a live count of matching companies.
- Pick your fields — Browse the six field categories and check exactly the columns you want. Use "Select all" to include an entire category.
- Name the lead list — We suggest a name based on your selections and the date, but you can change it.
- Click "Create lead list" — The list is queued and processed in the background. You will receive an email with a download link when it is ready.
- Download — Get your XLSX from the overview. You can re-download it at any time.
Advanced filters
The lead list generator offers a range of filters you can combine freely to find exactly the companies you are looking for:
- Industry codes — Search and add up to 10 industry codes to target specific sectors.
- Municipality — Filter by one or more municipalities for geographic targeting.
- Company type — Select specific company forms (A/S, ApS, IVS, sole proprietorship, etc.).
- Employee count — Filter by intervals to target companies of a certain size.
- Financials — Set minimum and/or maximum for revenue or gross profit.
- Contact data — Filter for companies that have a phone number, email, or website.
- Properties — Include only companies that own real estate.
- Integrations — Restrict to companies from your connected accounting systems (Dinero, e-conomic). Perfect for combining your customer database with company data.
Six field categories with 80+ options
You build your lead list by selecting fields from six categories. Each category has a "Select all" / "Deselect all" button so you can quickly include entire groups.
Basic data (19 fields)
Company master data: name, CVR number, address, postal code, city, municipality, phone, email, website, company type, parent company, employee count, employee interval, date of incorporation, industry code, industry text, advertising protection, and status.
Management and ownership (3 groups)
Three column groups, each holding up to 5 people: directors (title, first name, last name), owners (type, name, ownership share %, CVR), and board members (title, name). The list automatically expands with additional columns if a company has more registered entries.
Financial data (44 fields)
The latest annual report broken into income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Covers revenue, gross profit, operating profit, tax, depreciation, assets, liabilities, equity, cash flow, and more. Period start, period end, reporting class, and financial employees are also included.
Ratios (4 fields)
Calculated ratios from the latest annual report: profit margin, return on equity, equity ratio, and current ratio. All displayed as percentages.
Property data (7 fields)
Property information for companies with registered real estate holdings: property count, historic count, total area, residential area, commercial area, land area, and administered property count.
Contact enrichment (enriched)
Enriched contact details from our website-discovery pipeline: up to 5 contact people (name, title, email, phone), each expanded into its own columns, the discovered official website, all scraped email addresses and phone numbers, plus LinkedIn and Facebook. These fields fill the gap when CVR has no registered contact details — we find and verify the company's website and pull the contact people from it. If a company hasn't been enriched yet, the fields are blank. Contact enrichment is included with Pro.
The Excel format
The lead list is delivered as an XLSX file with frozen headers, auto-fitted column widths, and proper number formatting. CVR numbers are formatted as text (preserving leading zeros), amounts use thousands separators, dates use DD-MM-YYYY, and boolean values show as "Ja"/"Nej". The file opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice.
