Principperne for Fondens idégrundlag og virksomhed skal således være forenelige med Jes Bertelsens grundsyn som det f.eks. fremgår af hans skriftlige arbejder. Fonden kan virkeliggøre idégrundlaget bl.a. ved: 1) at drive Fondens ejendomme, herunder kursus- og retreatejendomme, og drive anden virksomhed til støtte for fondens formål. 2) at medvirke til at forny og kvalitetssikre undervisning og andre pædagogiske tiltag, 3) at etablere og/eller yde støtte til aktiviteter og virksomheder, herunder publikation, fabrikation og værksteder, som led i opfyldelsen af Fondens formål. 4) at yde formålsbestemt støtte til personer der virker for udbredelse og videreudvikling af de ideer der ligger til grund for Fonden, f.eks. i form af legater, rejsestipendier og uddannelsesstøtte. 5) at yde støtte til Fondens egne og andre almennyttige humanitære eller økologiske initiativer. 6) at samarbejde med Vækstcenterfælleskabet.
