Det ligger udenfor foreningens formål at varetage butikkernes/virksomhedernes individuelle interesse i forhold til udlejere/ejere af centret. Centerforeningen er over for Værløse Kommune ansvarlig for betalingen af udgifterne til pasning af og vedligeholdelse af træer, buske og blomster, planter og til andre miljømæssige foranstaltninger, som aftales med Kommunen
