I det omfang forholdene tillader det, skal bestyrelsen fortrinsvis tilgodese følgende formål: a) At sikre driften af Vennerslund Gods under fremtidige ejere, ved driftstilskud og/eller lån Det påhviler bestyrelsen og fondets revisor at påse og attestere, at ingen del af disse tilskud eller lån kommer stifteren, hofjægermesterinde Susanne grevinde Brockenhuus-Schack, født Grandjean, som i øjeblikket er ejer af godset, eller dennes ægtefælle, hofjægermester Jens greve Brockenhuus-Schack til gode, for sidstnævntes vedkommende dog kun sålænge hofjægermesterinde Brockenhuus-Schack lever. Lån ydes principielt kun mod pant i godset med en efter bestyrelsens skøn rimelig sikkerhed. Derefter tilgodeses i nedennævnte rækkefølge følgende formål: b) At yde økonomisk støtte til stifterens descendenter og disses ægtefæller, samt efter stifterens død til hendes efterladte ægtefælle. Støtte skal for descendenternes vedkommende særlig kunne ydes til studier, studierejser, anden uddannelse, etablering, køb af bolig og indgåelse af ægteskab, uden at denne opregning er udtømmende. Derimod kan ingen del af fondets midler, hverken af dennes formue eller formueafkast, tilbageføres til stifteren, andre bidragsydere, disses ægtefæller (samlevere) samt de hos nævnte personer hjemmeboende børn under 18 år, hverken som tilskud eller lån, herunder lån mod pant i fast ejendom. c) At yde tilskud til land- og skovbrugsfaglig forskning, primært foretaget direkte på Vennerslund Gods, sekundært til land- og skovbrugsfaglig forskning iøvrigt
