Ingen del af fondens formue eller dennes afkast kan nogensinde vederlagsfrit udbetales eller tilbagebetales til stifterne eller andre senere bidragydere, eller til en stifters eller andre bidragyderes ægtefælle, eller til de nævnte personers børn, men skal udelukkende anvendes til opnåelse af fondens formål.På tilsvarende måde må ej heller foretages udlån af fondens midler til de lige nævnte personer.
