Dispositionsfond III. Overskudsandelen (15 procent af nettoindtægten) anvendes til fordel for forhenværende funktionærer - samt disses ægtefæller - i "Telefon Fabrik Automatic A/S". Under særlige omstændigheder vil også funktionærer, der er ansat i G.N.T.A. A/S, kunne komme i betragtning, såfremt de tidligere har været ansat i "Telefon Fabrik Automatic A/S". Dispositionsfond IV.
