Bestyrelsen skal give præference til personer, der gennem ansættelsesforhold eller samarbejdsforhold har tilknytning til familien Jessen c) Trængende børn, ældre eller svagelige, tilhørende de grupper i vort samfundsliv, der ikke er at finde i rækken af de krævende og de af socialvæsenet særlig begunstigede, men som har et behov for hjælp, støtte og opmuntring i en overset og trist tilværelse d) Som anerkendelse og opmuntring til enkeltpersoner for deres personlige indsats og optræden i en given situation, hvor vægt lægges på den handling, der er udøvet og ingenlunde på spørgsmålet om trang Bestyrelsen bestemmer suverænt enhver disposition vedrørende donationernes form, art og størrelse. De af bestyrelsen trufne afgørelser er endelige og inappelable og kan ikke indbringes under nogen form for domstole eller noget andet forum Bestyrelsen bestemmer, om der skal anvendes særligt ansøgningsskema
