Stifterens familie - i første række hans descendenter og sådanne descendenters ægtefæller og andre nært- stående, fortrinsvis til uddannelse og dygtiggørelse, bosætning og etablering samt sådanne andre formål, som bestyrelsen finder støtteværdige. Dog kan der ikke ydes støtte til stifteren eller stifterens samlevende ægte- fælle eller hjemmeværende børn under 20 år. Iøvrigt må støtte til stifterens familie ikke overstige 50% af de til støtte anvendte midler. 2. Nuværende, tidligere eller fremtidige medarbejdere i de virksomheder, der er eller bliver knyttet til Mica- Fonden såvel som til sådanne medarbejderes hustruer og børn. 3. Videnskabelig forskning og sådanne kulturelle eller almennyttige formål, som efter bestyrelsens skøn må antages at fremme trivslen mennesker imellem.
