Blandt de under (iv) og (v) nævnte skal foretrækkes sådanne, som har eller har haft tilknytning til A/S Ole Haslunds Hus og Bing og Grøndahls Porcelainsfabrik. Fonden kan herudover uddele hædersgaver som anerkendelse af en betydelig kunstnerisk eller almennyttig indsats inden for de under (i) - (v) nævnte fag, ligesom fonden inden for de ovennævnte rammer skal kunne yde bidrag til yngre kunstnere inden for de under (i) - (iii) nævnte fag og yngre udøvere af de under (iv) og (v) nævnte fag til studierejser, uddannelse eller løsning af særlige opgaver af almennyttig art. Der kan endvidere gives ydelser til fratrædende funktionærer eller arbejdere, der har virket i A/S Ole Haslunds Hus' tjeneste og som på grund af alder eller sygdom eller som følge af virksomhedens afvikling er ophørt med deres arbejde i selskabets tjeneste. Endelig er fondens formål at drive og yde økonomisk støtte til Kunstnerbyen benævnt "Ræveskiftet" beliggende i Havreholm by, Hornbæk og at yde kunstnere, forfattere og journalister fribolig i Kunstnerbyen i overensstemmelse med § 6, stk.7, jf. dog stk.8.
