Vi tilbyder en miljøterapeutisk struktur, og arbejder samtidig mentaliserende samt relationsorienteret. Vi arbejder med børn og unge i alderen 12-18 år som vores primære målgruppe. Vi prioriterer samarbejdet med familie og netværk højt, og er samtidig relevante samarbejdspartnere for professionelle. Vores overordnede mål er at facilitere træning i dagliglivsfærdigheder(ADL) med henblik på en gradvis overgang til en selvstændig tilværelse. Derudover sigter vi mod at understøtte vores unge i at udvikle evnen til at etablere sociale relationer og opbygge netværk. Vores tilgang omfatter også støtte til skolearbejdet samt samarbejde med skolen, fremme af positivt samvær og opretholdelse af kontakt med forældrene. Vi tilskynder desuden til deltagelse i meningsfulde aktiviteter og fritidstilbud uden for opholdsstedet. Samt al virksomhed, som efter ledelsens skøn har forbindelse hermed.
