At udleje de fonden tilhørende bygninger, anlæg, indretninger m.v., jf. pkt. 2, til Den selvejende institution Museum Sydøstdanmark med henblik på institutionens anvendelse af bygningerne m.v. til museumsvirksomhed i overensstemmelse med museumsprojektet Borgring Oplevelsescenter.
