Det er ligeledes fondens formål at indgå et nærmere aftalt og bindende samarbejde med Læsø Kunst og Kultur ApS om et Artist in Residency (AiR) efter statens regler i ejendommen Håbet, Tørkerivej 13. Fonden skal medvirke til at skaffe kunstnere i AiR ophold på Læsø, samt medvirke til at udstille deres kunst, mod at modtage den, efter nærmere aftale, skabte kunst under kunstnernes ophold på Håbet.
