Selskabet drager omsorg for anlæggenes vedligeholdelse og for i takt med tidens krav at gennemføre nødvendige udvidelser og nyetableringer af de oprindelige anlæg, således at havnen til enhver tid vil fremtræde som en veletableret, veldrevet og moderne lystbådehavn 3. at sørge for etablering og drift af sådanne anlæg og faciliteter på landjorder, hvis tilstedeværelse må anses påkrævede eller naturlige for at havnen til enhver tid på effektiv måde kan betjene sit publikum, det være sig bådejere eller andre som finder interesse i den anlagte lystbådehavn 4. at anlægge og idriftsætte eller med råd og dåd yde fornøden vejledning ved etableringen af søsportshavne (lystbådehavne), hvor sådanne anlæg af lokale eller tu- ristmæssige årsager måtte vise sig påkrævet
