Master Minds er højtprofilerede udenlandske forskere og erhvervspersoner. Derudover skal foreningen arbejde målrettet med rekruttering og udvikling af Rising Stars, dvs. højt kvalificerede studerende, der ligeledes gennem ansættelse i og samarbejde med virksomhederne skal styrke deres vækst, udvikling og internationalisering. Et vigtigt element i en succesfuld tiltrækningsindsats er, at der arbejdes fokuseret med fastholdelse, således at medarbejderne sikres de bedste rammer for at arbejde for virksomhedernes vækst og udvikling. Foreningen vil derfor også arbejde for at skabe attraktive rammevilkår, herunder at understøtte virksomhedernes modtagelse og håndtering af nye medarbejdere. Foreningen skal endvidere være med til at etablere og udvikle uddannelse af kvalificeret arbejdskraft for at sikre de nødvendige og tilstrækkelige kompetencer til medlemsvirksomheder. Endelig skal foreningen styrke og understøtte vækstlaget, dvs. de spirende startups, der har viljen og potentialet til højvækst samt markedsføre og brande miljøet nationalt som internationalt.
