(ii) Højst 60 % af selskabets midler skal være anbragt i enten (a) aktier, noteret på et reguleret marked, (b) udbyttegivende investerings- og placeringsforeninger eller afdelinger af sådanne og/eller (c) erhvervsobligationer og konvertible obligationer. (iii) Højst 30 % af selskabets midler må være anbragt i fast ejendom eller unoterede aktier. (iv) Der må i ét selskab højst erhverves aktier svarende til 15 % af selskabets aktiekapital. (v) Højst 15 % af selskabets midler må anbringes i aktier i ét selskab."
