Dette skal ske ved fælles indkøb af tjenesteydelser og varer til driften af medlemmernes Natura-2000 områder, samt ved at foreningen forestår den daglige planlægning og driftsledelse af de forpagtede Natura-2000 arealer. At sikre at medlemmernes forpligtelser i henhold til fredninger, Natura-2000 udpegninger/handleplaner og andre arealreguleringer, MVJ-aftaler, andre miljøaftaler og tilskudsordninger, opfyldes på de arealer, som foreningen forpagter eller på anden måde driftsmæssigt får råderet over. At arbejde for at driften af medlemmernes arealer og det driftsøkonomiske resultat heraf bidrager til Læsøs udvikling.
