Fonden og fondsbestyrelsen skal stedse virke for at fastholde den særlige klubstruktur og det særlige medlemseje, som indebærer, at forsikringstagere er klubmedlemmer og at Klubberne sammen med Ejerselskabet ejer Forsikringsselskabet.
