Det er foreningens formål at opnå stordriftsfordele for medlemmerne i nedennævnte aktiviteter. Foreningens formål er at markedsføre centret i bred forstand, herunder formidle og/eller arrangere salgsfremmende foranstaltninger, samt at etablere aktiviteter til fordel for såvel de enkelte lejere som for hele centret. Forenignens formål er at arbejde for, at salgs-, kunde- og servicepolitikken bliver ensartet. Foreningens formål er at fastlægge ens minimumsåbnings- og lukketider, som skal følges af samtlige medlemmer, dog bortset fra lejere der kutymemæssigt har andre åbningstider. Foreningens formål erat fastlægge de årlige udsalgsperioder, som alle centrets butikker er forpligtede til at følge og deltage i. Foreningens formål er at medvirke til - sammen med centrets ejer/administrator/udlejer - at centrets driftsmæssige serviceniveau er af høj standard, bl.a. renholdelse af centrets fællesarealer, fælles belysning m.v. Foreningens formål er at medvirke til, at P-pladserne omkring centret ikke anvendes til langstidsparkering for centrets personale, men at P-pladserne er forbeholdt centrets kunder. Foreningens formål er at medvirke til - sammen med centrets ejer/administrator/udlejer - at udstillinger af varer uden for butikkerne holdes inden for den foreskevne afstand fra butikkernes facade på betingelse af, at dette kan godkendes af brandmyndighederne, og at stativer m.v., der anvendes, er af en høj standard og mindst svarende til butikkens øvrige inventar. Foreningens formål er at etablere og opretholde et godt forhold til ejer/administrator/udlejer samt til organisationer og offentlige myndigheder.
