Snart afleverer Skou Gruppen en omfattende energirenovering af fem sportshaller og institutioner for Ballerup Kommune. Projektet skal sænke kommunens energiforbrug og reducere CO₂-aftrykket. Desuden skabes bedre rammer for de borgere og medarbejdere, der hver dag benytter sportshaller, skole og institutioner.
Modernisering af bygning 41 på Høvelte Kaserne skal skabe bedre rammer for de ansatte og værnepligtige. Her er Skou Gruppen netop gået i gang med den hidtil største renovering og modernisering for Forsvaret under den fireårige rammeaftale om vedligeholdelse, ombygning og udbygning af Forsvarets ejendomme på Sjælland.
Efter godt to års byggearbejde er energirenoveringen og moderniseringen af Birke/Bøgeskoven, Glostrup Boligselskabs afdeling 33, nu afleveret.
Skou Gruppen afleverer nu Bygning 60 på Høvelte Kaserne efter en to år lang gennemgribende renovering. Den smukke murstensbygning fra 40’erne har fået forlænget sin levetid markant – og er blevet indrettet som moderne arbejdsplads for Forsvarets medarbejdere.
Den 10. september kan Roland Nøhr Hansen fejre 25-års jubilæum hos Skou Gruppen. Efter seks år som formand tog han springet til byggelederrollen, hvor han siden har stået i spidsen for en lang række større bygge- og renoveringsprojekter. Spændende projekter, god firmakultur og stor frihed i jobbet gør, at han gerne fortsætter i mange år.
Midt i et af Københavns mest eftertragtede kvarterer – få skridt fra Kongens Nytorv, Det Kongelige Teater og havnefronten – er Skou Gruppen i gang med et nyt tagboligprojekt i den markante ejendom på Tordenskjoldsgade 19.
