Det er endvidere fondens formål, via udlejning og/eller andre aktiviteter, at fremme den praktisk betonede undervisning og det meningsfyldte arbejde med at modne og udvikle de unge ved at inddrage dem i planlægning og gennemførelse af produktion samt at motivere og optræne dem til at indgå på arbejdsmarkedet og /eller påbegynde en uddannelse. De unges almene udvikling bl.a. med hensyn til selvhjælp og ansvarsbevidsthed søges, via fondens virksomhed, fremmet gennem botrænings- og fritidstilbud m.v., således at de unge også socialt vil kunne levet et selvstændigt og normalt liv. Når målgruppen sent udviklede unge gennem længere tid (normalt 1-3 år) har deltaget i arbejds-, bo- og fritidstræning og herefter skønnes at kunne stå på egne ben, er det desuden fondens formål, via fondens virksomhed, at medvirke til, at de unge opnår selstændig arbejds- og bosituation ved iværksættelsen af en trinvis udslusning. Fonden kan endvidere drive almindelig udlejningsvirksomhed.
