Forsåvidt angår danske ansøgere, ydes hjælpen efter legatbestyrelsens skøn til studium eller uddannelse ved følgende læreanstalter m,v.: Universiteterne i Danmark Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) Danmarks Ingeniørakademi Danmarks Tandlægehøjskoler Danmarks Farmaceutiske Højskole Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole Det Kgl. Danske Musikkonservatorium Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium Det Kgl. Akademi for de Skønne Kunster Copenhagen Business School (CBS) forsåvidt angår studiet til HA i projektledelse eller anden almen erhvervsøkonomi Det Kgl. Teaters Elevskoler Seminarierne Stk. 3. Forsåvidt angår svenske ansøgere ydes hjælpen til studium eller uddannelse ved tilsvarende læreranstalter m.v. i Sverige. Stk. 4. Fordelingen mellem danske og svenske ansøgere af det samlede til uddeling af legatportioner disponible beløb fastsættes for det enkelte år efter forholdet mellem det samlede folketal i Danmark og folketallet i Landskrona efter de ved fordelingens foretagelse seneste opgørelser. Det bliver dog at iagttage, at der under alle omstændigheder hvert år uddeles 3 portioner til svenske ansøgere, forudsat at de pågældende opfylder de fundatsmæssige betingelser for at oppebære legatet, og under samme forudsætning kan legatbestyrelsen herudover ekstraordinært, såfremt særlige grunde skønnes at tale derfor, for det enkelte år forøge antallet af de legatportioner, som i medfør af ovennævnte delingsnorm tilkommer ansøgere fra Landskrona. stk. 5. Ingen legatportioner kan tildeles personer, der er beslægtede med bestyrelsens medlemmer så nær som søskendebørn eller nærmere, eller som er besvogrede i tilsvarende grader med medlemmer af bestyrelsen.
