For at holde broen i topform udføres der i næste uge vedligeholdelsesarbejde på Storebæltsbroen i aften- og nattetimerne. I denne periode vil der være dobbeltrettet trafik. Broen lukkes kortvarigt om aftenen og tidligt om morgenen for at omlægge trafikken.
Sund & Bælt styrker den underliggende indtjening i første halvår 2026 og præciserer forventningerne til årets resultat. På Femern-projektet er tre tunnelelementer nu nedsænket på havbunden.
Danmark er blevet 300.000 kvadratmeter større. Bag landvindingen står Femern Bælt-projektet, som nu har åbnet det første af flere nye landområder skabt af opgravet havbund fra tunnelbyggeriet.
Aldrig før har så mange køretøjer krydset Storebælt i juli. I alt kørte 1.457.297 køretøjer over broen i juli 2026, hvor ekstra mandskab og Storebæltsbilletten bidrog til en smidig trafikafvikling.
Tredje tunnelelement til Femern Bælt-forbindelsen er nu installeret i tunnelrenden ud for Lollands kyst.
Spejdere fra Lolland-Falster opfører deres egen model af udsigtspunktet Pilen ved byggeriet af Femern Bælt-tunnelen, når Spejdernes Lejr samler over 33.000 deltagere fra hele Norden i Hedeland fra 18. til 26. juli.
Sund & Bælt nedtager skilteportaler på Øresundsmotorvejen i syv nætter i uge 29 og 30. Arbejdet foregår om natten for at begrænse generne, men trafikanter skal forvente kortvarige spærringer og risiko for kø, mens skiltene tages ned.
Trafikken over Storebælt var samlet set stabil i andet kvartal af 2026. Men en travl weekend i juni skilte sig ud, da både The Weeknd i Parken og Heartland Festival på Fyn sendte flere biler over broen.
