Herudover kan fonden efter fondsbestyrelsens skøn yde støtte til Nivaagaards Malerisamling. d) at investere i, besidde og administrere faste ejendomme samt udøve anden finansiel virksomhed gennem investeringer i aktier eller i andre kapitalandele og konvertible obligationer i erhvervsdrivende virksomheder af enhver art, og - i det omfang midlerne ikke medgår til de ovenfor nævnte formål - tillige e) at virke til gavn for almennyttige og velgørende formål efter bestyrelsens fri skøn. . Hvis bestyrelsen i et regnskabsår ikke finder anledning til at anvende alle indtægterne til opfyldelse af formålsbestemmelserne, kan det overskydende beløb overføres til det efterfølgende regnskabsår.
