Den oprindelige fonds midler - de ovenfor i § 1, stk. 3 omtalte 500.000 kr m.v. - udgør en afdeling for sig (fondens afd.I) Disse bestemt afgrænsede midler kan desuden bruges til at yde hjælp og støtte til funktionærer og arbejdere eller andre, der gennem en årrække har været knyttet til stifterens virksomheder, at yde støtte til descendenter efter stifteren og dennes ægtefælle og/eller til ægtefæller af descendenter eller til andre personer, der ved slægtsbånd er eller måtte blive knyttet til stifteren eller dennes ægtefælle eller deres fælles descendenter. Det er stifterens ønske, at de forskellige grene af descendens i det store og hele tilgodeses ligeligt. Af fondens formål har intet forret for de andre og bestyrelsen afgør, hvilket af formålene der skal tilgodeses, alt under hensyntagen til fondens afdelingers virkeområder og selvstændig kapitalgrundlag. Enhver udbetaling og støtte fra fondens afd. I skal være modtagerens særeje.
