B) af sine indtægter at yde understøttelse eller anvende midler til andre formål, f.eks. uddannelsesstøtte til unge mennesker, hvis forældre har eller har haft tilknytning til stifterne eller Jebura ApS, eller støtte til personer fra udviklingslande, der i deres hjemland arbejder for projekter indenfor erhvervsuddannelses- eller sundhedssektoren, (sådan hjælp skal sigte mod at være upolitisk og ikke led i missionsarbejde) eller uddeling af hædersgaver eller rejselegater eller helt almene formål, i hvilken henseende bestyrelsen er frit stillet. Af de udlodninger, der foretages i henhold til A og B, skal mindst en femtedel anvendes til formål B. Hvis der et år anvendes mere end fire femtedele af det udloddede til formål A, skal differencen hensættes på en særlig konto til forlods anvendelse til formål B. Hvis denne konto overstiger en fjerdedel af det i de sidste tre år udloddede, skal det overskydende beløb udloddes til Odense Advokatforening, Odense Handelsstandsforening og Advokatsamfundet med en trediedel til hver til fri anvendelse. C) Ved forrentede udlån eller udleje fortrinsvis til vore efterkommere, jfr. § 2A, eller disses forældre at hjælpe til anskaffelse af fornuftig bolig eller erhvervsmæssig etablering. Udlån kan normalt kun ske til personer under 50 år og således at tilbagebetaling er betinget tilendebragt inden låntageren fylder 60 år. Fondsbestyrelsen udøver suverænt skønnet over, om udlånet er forsvarligt og hensigtsmæssigt og fastsætter alene vilkårene for lånet, herunder rentefod, afdragsbetingelser og om og i hvilket omfang, der skal stilles sikkerhed. Ordentligvis må højst halvdelen af fondens formue anbringes til opfyldelse af formål C.
