Det anførte gælder hvad enten vedkommende arving måtte have overtaget ejendommene eller en af disse i stifterens levende live eller fået dem/den udlagt i arv ved hans død, og sikringen af driften kan ske enten ved tilskud eller ved lån, b) økonomisk støtte iøvrigt til en eller flere af stifterens livsarvinger, derunder adoptivbørn, og uanset fra hvilket ægteskab, alt under rimelig hensyntagen til de enkelte livsarvingers økonomiske behov og den måde, hvorpå de har forvaltet deres egne midler, c) økonomisk støtte til stifterens hustru, fru Hanne Pitzner, respektive fru Hanne Pitzners 19-årige datter af tidligere ægteskab, Heidi Lassen, dog for fru Hanne Pitzners vedkommende ikke sålænge samlivet med stifteren består, d) økonomisk støtte til stifterens første hustru, Tove Pitzner Krohn, e) økonomisk støtte til hestesporten og hesteavlen i Danmark derunder til oprettelse og/eller drift af hestestutterier, rideskoler og lignende også udenfor "Solhøjgård", f) økonomisk støtte til land- og skovbrugsfaglig forskning primært foretaget på "Solhøjgård", sekundært til land- og skovbrugsfaglig forskning iøvrigt. Derimod kan ingen del af fondens midler, hverken af dennes formue eller formueafkast, tilbageføres til stifteren, dennes samlevende ægtefælle (samlever) eller de hos stifteren hjemmeboende børn under 18 år, hverken som tilskud eller lån. Det påhviler bestyrelsen og fondens revisor at påse og attestere, at ingen tilskud eller lån kommer de nævnte personer tilgode.
