Såfremt der ønskes oprettet en permanent vagtordning, kan dette kun ske gennem en generalfor- samlingsbeslutning. C. Foreningen skal herudover med henblik på at fremme disse formål opretholde et godt forhold til udlejere af centret, organisationer og offentlige myndigheder samt påtage sig at føre eventuelle forhandlinger med disse på medlemmernes vegne i fælles interesse for alle centrets brugere. Det ligger udenfor foreningens formål at varetage lejer-interesser i øvrigt i forhold til centrets udlejere. D. Gennem bestyrelsen eller hvem denne måtte udpege hertil at forestå driften af de fællesfaciliteter til fremme af formål A i centret, som ikke drives af udlejerne og som ønskes iværksat af foreningens medlemmer i henhold til en generalforsamlings- beslutning. E. At fremme markedsføringen for centrets medlemmer ved, at disse averterer/reklamerer for deres virksomhed i en særlig Centeravis eller i særlig annonce/ reklametryksag. Centrets medlemmer betaler hertil - udover kontingentet efter § 4 - et markedsføringsbidrag, der fastsættes på hverts års budgetgeneralforsamling, jvf § 8. Dette markedsføringsbidrag tilbagebetales det enkelte medlem, når medlemmet har tegnet og betalt annonce/reklame for tilsvarende beløb i det fælles annonce/reklameorgan. A'conto tilbagebetaling sker i takt med medlemmets afholdte annonce/reklameudgifter i det fælles organ
