C. Gennem bestyrelsen eller den daglige ledelse at forhandle med udlejerne, offentlige myndigheder og organisationer i forhold af fælles interesse for centret og dets næringsdrivende. Det ligger udenfor foreningens formål at varetage lejernes interesser i øvrigt i forhold til udlejerne af centret. D. Gennem bestyrelsen, eller hvem denne måtte udpege hertil, at forestå driften af de fællesfaciliteter i centret, som ikke drives af Ishøj Kommune og/eller udlejerne.
