Selskabets formål er på kommercielle vilkår at opføre og drive et CO2-fangstanlæg i tilknytning til Kredsløb Energipark Lisbjerg samt udføre andre dermed beslægtede aktiviteter herunder øvrige CO2-fangstaktiviteter og salg af klimakreditter. Som en biaktivitet kan selskabet udnytte og sælge overskudsvarme fra CO2-fangstanlægget
