Understanding a property page on companydata.dk

Every property in Denmark has its own page on companydata.dk. We combine data from the Building and Housing Register (BBR) and the Ownership Register (EJF) and link it with company data from CVR. This means you can go from a property directly to the company that owns it — and vice versa. This guide explains what you see on the property page.

At the top you see the property's address (or BFE number if no address is available), the BFE number, and the property type — e.g. residential, commercial, or condominium. If the property has registered coordinates, an interactive map shows its location.

Building details from BBR

The building section shows BBR data in two parts: a summary with key figures and a detailed table.

The summary shows the most important figures in a grid:

  • Land area — in square metres (or hectares for large plots over 10,000 m²)
  • Building area — total building area. For condominiums, the area is calculated from the individual units
  • Year built and year renovated
  • Number of floors
  • Heating installation and heating source
  • Wall and roof materials

If the property has multiple buildings, a table shows one row per building: usage, area, year built, year renovated, floors, wall material, and roof material. For condominiums, a units table is shown instead with usage, area, number of rooms, and heating.

Current owners

The ownership section shows who currently owns the property in a table with three columns: owner, ownership share, and date the ownership started. The share is shown as a percentage with the fraction in parentheses — e.g. "50.0% (1/2)". If the property is owned by a company, the name is clickable and links directly to the company page. Private individuals are shown as "Private ownership".

Ownership history

Below the current owners, a history of previous ownerships is shown with owner, share, and the date ownership ended. The 10 most recent are shown by default — if there are more, you can expand the full history.

Transfer history

The transfer section shows all registered transactions for the property in a table with takeover date, transfer method (e.g. regular sale, family transfer, forced sale), and purchase price in DKK. If a transfer has been rolled back, it's marked with a badge and shown at reduced opacity.

Some transfers are bundled — carried out as a single transaction covering multiple properties. In those cases, the other properties in the bundle are shown as clickable links, so you know the price covers multiple parcels.

Administrator

If the property has a registered administrator (e.g. a homeowners' association or a management company), it's shown with name and a link to the company page.

Property and company data linked
Property pages and company pages are connected. Find a property owned by a company, and you can see the company's financials, management, and ownership with one click. Conversely, the company page shows a table of all properties the company owns.
Find a property
Search for a property by address or BFE number.
