SYSTRAs business purpose is to carry out, either by itself or through third parties, all services, work and/or provision of studies and/or assistance, engineering, execution, operation and maintenance and all business or financial transactions, particularly in the transport and infrastructure sectors, as well as all applications of the skills which are in demand or used in such business sectors, and, generally, to complete all business, industrial, financial, security or real estate transactions that may be necessary or useful in order to achieve or develop SYSTRAs business purpose.
